The report notes: "Price Unit marked as Per Bundle are for 21 small bale bundles." USDA market comment: "Special Note: Correction issued to include missing records No regions are included in Trade prices, all trades are aggregated across the state during the reporting period. Price Unit marked as Per Bundle are for 21 small bale bundles. Quality Grades based on visual appearance and intent of sale (useage) where test data was unavailable. Good demand was seen for hay across the state, with active buyer activity purchasing hay, with trades being noted both to the southeast and moving west. Dry pasture conditions over the last month have helped with harvest and sale efforts, but has reduced the yield coming off later-cuts of hay." Qty is tons for per-ton rows and bales for per-bale rows. Trade and Contract rows are confirmed sales; Ask and Offer rows are quoted prices, not sales.
