USDA market comment: "Compared to the last report, Demand for all qualities of hay is good. Movement has decreased throughout the whole state due to the prices of fuel and people seem to be stocked up on their hay needs for thew time being. A lot of 3rd crop got rained on in the windrow and in the bale. According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, 88% of the state is in a moderate drought or worse, 58% of the state is in a Severe drought or worse, 20% of the state is in an extreme drought."
