Dollars per thousand board feet (MBF), International 1/4" rule, by region (Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, Southwest), with the average, the average minus and plus one standard deviation, and N, the number of responses. The report's own words: "Stumpage prices as reported by Pennsylvania timber and logging companies, forestry consultants, and state land management agencies to the Pennsylvania State University." Where N is 0 the report prints $0 (no responses); where N is 1 only the average is printed; ranges are not reported for fewer than three respondents. The last column converts the average to Doyle with the factor the report prints, Doyle price = 1.695 x International 1/4" price (Scribner = 1.159 x International).
