Timber prices in Oklahoma 2026: pine and hardwood per ton

Source: 2026 Oklahoma Timber Price Report, Current Report CR-102, Oklahoma State University Extension, June 2026 (fact sheet, PDF). Annual statewide average stumpage prices per ton derived from at least four and as many as nine quotes received between January 14 and March 13, 2026, with some stumpage prices extrapolated from 2023 to 2025 mill-delivered and stumpage price differences. The report's own words: "While the reported prices reflect average statewide stumpage values, they are not intended to represent any past, current or future values for any buyer or seller. Any use of this information is as is, with all faults, and without any warranty of its accuracy." The last column converts sawtimber rows to dollars per MBF Doyle using Pine sawtimber 8.0 tons per MBF Doyle and hardwood sawtimber 9.0 tons per MBF Doyle, the factors printed in the Arkansas and Texas reports (factors); the cedar row is not converted, as neither factor is for cedar. One fact sheet is published per year (2023, 2024 and 2025 editions exist at the same address pattern).
