Timber prices in Florida, Q2 2026: pine stumpage per ton

The newsletter's own words: "The timber price information below is useful for observing trends over time but does not reflect current conditions at a particular location. The last column converts the sawtimber row to dollars per MBF Doyle at 8.0 tons per MBF Doyle, the pine factor printed in the Arkansas and Texas reports (factors).
